We offer ground up construction of new custom homes and extensive home remodeling services.  We have built many distinct custom homes in The Coachella Valley including the affluent golf communities of The Vintage and The Reserve (see portfolio).  Most homes have resale values in the 2 - 5 million dollar range. In addition to new ground-up construction, we've completed house renovations in the $50,000 to $700,000 price range.



We focus on homes in the Coachella Valley, mainly focusing on the cities of Palm Springs, Palm Desert, Rancho Mirage and Indian Wells.

We're not unlike a football team where we all work together to reach the same goal. And our goal is to create the finest quality home with the best possible pricing and to complete it in a timely manner.

We employ an “open book policy” whereby we can discuss the proposed cost and scope of work before the work is performed. We review all subcontractor invoices with the client after the work has been completed so that there are no surprises. We also email weekly progress photos and provide bi-monthly accounting reports so the client can monitor the progress of their new home.

It is vitally important to keep the client informed along the way so they can make important decisions and be actively involved. After all, we are building their dream.
